This set combines two of Glen Campbell's late-'60s LPs, both of which were named after the Jimmy Webb-written hit songs that preceded them, 1968’s Wichita Lineman and 1969’s Galveston. Together like this, they feature Campbell at his personal commercial peak as he smoothly blends country, folk, and singer/songwriter pop into a genre-spanning signature sound. ~ Steve Leggett
