Dear Friends,

I am happy to announce that this coming Sunday I will be opening for Crosby and Nash to raise funds to help Barack Obama become our next president. This is an invitation to you and anyone you know who may be interested in either attending or donating to Music For Democracy’s ‘Be The Change’ event in New York City, Sunday October 12th from 5pm to 7pm. The event is being held at the beautiful St. Raphael’s Cathedral located at 502 West 41st Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues. My set will begin at 5pm with Crosby and Nash taking stage at 6pm. There will also be guest speaker’s from the DC and Local New York political arena. Tickets range from $100 to $1000, with the suggested donation of $250. Those who purchase VIP tickets for $500 or Sponsor tickets for $1000 are invited to a pre-party starting at 4:30 to meet Crosby and Nash and the politicians.

If you cannot attend please donate what you can to help Music For Democracy get out the vote through Robo-calls and other concert events they are throwing in different Swing States throughout the country leading up to the election. Let’s ensure the next four years are nothing like the last eight. As is evident with the current financial crises, a change in direction is needed and Barack Obama could be the beginning of that change.
