Beachcomber's Windowsill

'Beachcomber's Windowsill' is the debut album from indie-folk outfit Stornoway. The Oxford based band pull together an assortment of instruments, from familiar guitars and bass to the jaunty banjos and brass sections, to form the twee-pop of single 'I Saw You Blink'. Containing two sets of brothers, Stornoway boasts members with PhDs and Master's degrees, after all meeting at Oxford University they have since been dubbed the 'brainiest band'.
